The following are Design Group reports that have appeared in The Leading Edge, newsletter of Chapter 1000. Except where noted, these articles are the original work of members of Chapter 1000. The Design Group was headed up by Vern Blomquist, but fell into an inactive status at a time roughly corresponding to his departure to form EAA Chapter 1000 Det 3. Occasionally, Vern still sends in some intriguing thoughts to consider.
